Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and general upkeep of
the apartments and common areas.
- Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance,
repairs, and servicing of building facilities.
- Liaise with tenants, respond to inquiries, and
promptly address issues or complaints.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules,
tenant requests, and service reports.
- Manage contractors and service providers
(security, cleaning, waste management, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to property rules, safety
standards, and cleanliness.
- Monitor utilities and support billing or meter
readings as required.
- Report any major issues or emergencies
immediately to the Property Manager/Landlord.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and
correspondence, including the use of computer systems for record- keeping.
Requirements
- Male candidate preferred, aged 30 years and
above.
- Proven experience as a Caretaker, Property
Supervisor, or similar role.
- Basic technical knowledge in building
maintenance (plumbing, electrical, general repairs) is
an advantage
- Computer literate (MS Office, email
communication, basic reporting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, proactive, and trustworthy with a good sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with
minimal supervision.
