Our client is seeking to hire Call Center Attendants to join their growing customer support team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving customer issues, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive brand image.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and Somali
(mandatory).
- Must reside in South B, South C, or Nairobi
West.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving
skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use call
center systems.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Saturday.
