Customer Service & Logistics Assistant Job in Kenya - Drop Access

We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Assistant to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Manage order processing, tracking, and timely communication with clients.
  • Support procurement ,supply chain and dispatch activities
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure service delivery standards are met.

Key Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in customer service (essential).
  • Background in cold chain, logistics, or supply chain is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong client/vendor relationships.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
