We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Assistant to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer
inquiries and support.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure
smooth logistics operations.
- Manage order processing, tracking, and timely
communication with clients.
- Support procurement ,supply chain and dispatch
activities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure service
delivery standards are met.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service
(essential).
- Background in cold chain, logistics, or supply
chain is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational
skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and
maintain strong client/vendor relationships.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a
related field
