Job Purpose Statement
The Marketing
Planning and Analytics Assistant Manager plays a
critical role in the MCC department operations. This position is responsible
for leveraging data, advanced digital analytics—including artificial
intelligence (AI) tools—and robust research and insights capabilities to
optimize marketing plans and budgets, ensuring data-driven decision-making and
evolved performance marketing application across the team. The ideal candidate
will possess strong analytical, presentation, critical thinking, research and
insights skills, digital and AI acumen, and the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
Academic:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,
Analytics, Statistics, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related
business field.
Professional:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g.,
Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics), digital marketing platforms, market
research techniques, and experience with AI and machine learning
applications in marketing (e.g., predictive analytics, customer segmentation,
chatbot development, or automated campaign optimization).
- Certification in IT, market research and
insights, data analytics or data science is an added advantage
Desired Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analysis,
reporting, planning, market research, or related roles; experience in
research and insights, AI, automation projects, is highly preferred.
Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is an advantage.
- Understanding of classic marketing principles,
campaign development and management, performance measurement, and research
analysis and reporting methodologies.
