Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and directing clients and visitors
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Data entry and verification
  • Ensuring reception equipment is in working condition
  • Scanning, mailing, and maintaining records
  • Organizing digital and physical filing systems
  • Maintaining office supplies

Qualifications:


  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision within a 24-hour shift schedule
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Reliable, confident, and result-driven
