Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing,
Communications, Media, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital
marketing, or content creation (internships count)
- Experience managing business pages/accounts on:
- Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn,
TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube.
- Proficiency in social media management &
analytics tools
- Basic knowledge of: Graphic design & video
editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Capcut, Inshot)
Key Responsibilities
Designing & executing social media and digital campaigns.
- Creating weekly & monthly editorial content
calendars to promote the company brand on various social media channels
and websites and guide the content creation and posting process
- Creating and distributing content such as blogs,
infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional
news outlets.
- Coming up with content and digital marketing
strategies and optimizing for the best results
- Tracking social media engagement to identify
high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability and responding to
engagements on social media platforms.
- Performing market research to identify audiences
and narrow down to target potential clients.
Managing lead generation and nurturing.
- Creating and editing compelling graphics and
video content to share across social channels.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing
strategies in accordance with the company’s goals.
- Creating and running email campaigns to
advertise, nurture and engage our clients and audience
- Tracking all relevant industry trends and
developments and optimizing strategies to stay up to date with trends.
Contributing to website redesign and
optimization.
- Participating in networking events to build
brand awareness.
- Conducting online polls and surveys to ascertain
the brand’s reach and get customer feedback for optimization
