Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and
clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the
appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
- Schedule appointments and manage the hospital’s
front desk calendar.
- Register patients, verify personal and insurance
information, and maintain accurate records.
- Guide patients through the hospital’s service
process and respond to inquiries.
- Ensure cleanliness and order at the reception
area.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as data
entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and customer
service excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial
Studies, Front Office Operations, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a busy front
office, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-paced
environment.
