The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will be:
- Opening the office early for the day.
- Receiving visitors and responding to their
queries.
- Receiving and making telephone calls.
- General printing and photocopying work for the
office.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation,
and other clerical tasks.
- Assist with social media engagement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by
management.
- Help maintain and keep office common areas neat
and clean.
- Collaborate with team members to support
operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Public/Business Administration,
Office Management, any Social Science or equivalent qualification from a
recognized institution;
- Minimum 1-2 years prior administrative or office
management experience
- Experienced computer user; Microsoft Office and
Google Apps
- Experience in social media engagement and social
media management tools
- Self-motivated and trustworthy, able to work
with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and
adapt.
- A basic qualification in marketing or
counselling will be an added advantage
