PA / Admin / Sales Executive Job in Kenya

We are seeking a highly polished, energetic, and proactive professional to join our team as a Personal Assistant / Admin / Sales Executive.

This role calls for someone who is not only super organised and sales-savvy but also conversant with the Hospitality, Tourism, and Lifestyle industry — able to confidently pitch, represent, and step into my shoes when I am not available.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and prioritize a very tight schedule
  • Take fast, accurate minutes during meetings
  • Handle calls, emails, and client follow-ups
  • Confidently represent me in high-level hospitality/tourism/lifestyle meetings or events if I’m unavailable
  • Support sales activities, proposals, and partnerships
