Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience and track record in
Administrative and Human Resource capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience and clarity of mind in dealing
with client and staff inquiries and issues.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a
fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility in responding to
changing client and staff needs and situations.
- Professionalism and integrity in handling
confidential information and client/staff interactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including
evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Have the ability to nature and support team work
within the organization.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and
have ability to handle and work under pressure.
- Have the ability to work with minimum or no
supervision.
