Skills & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or any other relevant
field.
- A Master’s degree in a related field will be an
added advantage.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an
administrative or managerial role, preferably in a learning institution.
- Familiarity with Kenya’s TVET, CDACC, and KNEC
systems is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with
proven team management experience.
- Flexibility to work as per the institution’s
schedule.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and
to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
- Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
- Time management skills and attention to detail.
