Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Engage in business development activities.
  • Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
  • Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process, which includes CV screening.
  • Manage the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse, by updating job postings and descriptions.
  • Report to the senior recruitment team and the CEO.

  • You should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.
  • Fluent English
  • You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make people feel comfortable.

  • No prior experience in recruiting is required; the company is willing to teach you everything you need to know.
