Job Summary
We
are seeking an experienced Front
Office Supervisor to oversee
front desk operations and ensure excellent guest service while supporting and
guiding the reception team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints
- Train and support reception staff
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
- Ensure accurate billing, reservations, and reports
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in front office, with supervisory experience
preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts
