Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent guest service while supporting and guiding the reception team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Train and support reception staff

  • Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
  • Ensure accurate billing, reservations, and reports
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in front office, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., Opera)
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts
