Some of the Key Responsibilities of this position include, but shall not be limited to:

  • Answer calls as well as assist customers who have specific enquiries regarding any of the Sacco’s Products and Services.
  • Provide personalized and quality service to the customers.
  • Maintain and follow the quality parameters of the Contact Center on every call.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems or provide guidance.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • To follow up with customers issue resolution and provide timely feedback to the customer
  • Maintain Complaint redressal ageing report
  • Build customer’s interest in the Products and Services offered in the Sacco
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and recommend ideas on improving procedures

Education and Professional Qualifications


  • A University Degree in Communications, PR, or Marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Previous experience in the Customer Support role or Call Centre set up is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal English and Swahili
  • Creative problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Calm and patient temperament
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and calls efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
