Some of the Key Responsibilities of this
position include, but shall not be limited to:
- Answer calls as well as assist customers who
have specific enquiries regarding any of the Sacco’s Products and
Services.
- Provide personalized and quality service to the
customers.
- Maintain and follow the quality parameters of
the Contact Center on every call.
- Troubleshoot technical problems or provide
guidance.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the
CRM system
- To follow up with customers issue resolution and
provide timely feedback to the customer
- Maintain Complaint redressal ageing report
- Build customer’s interest in the Products and
Services offered in the Sacco
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering
to Standard Operating Procedures and recommend ideas on improving
procedures
Education and Professional Qualifications
- A University Degree in Communications, PR, or
Marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and in
using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Previous experience in the Customer Support role
or Call Centre set up is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills – written and
verbal English and Swahili
- Creative problem-solving and analysis skills
- Calm and patient temperament
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and calls
efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a
positive attitude
