Job Summary:
We are recruiting a team of Qualified Trainers to
deliver specialized pedagogical training programs for educators and academic
staff in the tourism and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidates will bring
subject matter expertise along with deep pedagogical knowledge, excellent
facilitation skills, and hands-on experience in curriculum development and
student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate
interactive training sessions tailored to educators in tourism and
hospitality
- Collaborate
in the design and delivery of customized training materials and packages
- Incorporate
best practices in pedagogy to enhance participant learning outcomes
- Provide
post-training support and contribute to monitoring and evaluation
activities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s
Degree or higher in Education, Tourism, Hospitality, or a closely related
field
- Minimum
of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Facilitating
training programs for educational management and teaching personnel
- Delivering
workshops on teaching and learning strategies, High
Impact Tourism Training (HITT) methods, and student
engagement
- Developing
curricula and training materials using student-centered learning
approaches
- Strong
communication and facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to
engage adult learners
Experience with competency-based education and blended learning
design is an asset
