Key Responsibilities
- Setting up new
equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
- Conducting
routine maintenance, troubleshooting problems, and repairing faulty
equipment.
- Identifying and
resolving technical issues, often through diagnostic testing.
- Providing
technical advice, training, support to clients and staff.
- Maintaining
accurate records of service activities, including repairs and maintenance.
- Ensuring all
work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate
with sales and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve service
delivery.
- Oversee overall
service delivery and ensure adherence to service standards and response
timelines.
Key Requirements
- Degree or
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years
of hands-on experience in a similar service role.
- At least 1 year
of experience in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity
with pumps, control panels, solar equipment, water treatment systems, or
pool technology.
- Strong
diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read
and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Delivering
services to customers effectively and on time.
- Ability to
convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Competency in
driving / motorbike riding with a Valid driving license.
- Basic IT
skills.
