Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify,
engage, and convert prospective customers to grow Mediacent’s SaaS client
base.
- Manage
the full sales funnel: from initial contact to qualification, solution
presentation, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Consistently
meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Conduct
high-quality, tailored product demonstrations to prospects, effectively
communicating technical features, USPs, and business benefits.
- Research
and articulate cost savings and ROI for clients adopting Mediacent
solutions.
Account Management & Portfolio Growth
- Build,
maintain, and strengthen productive relationships with existing clients,
identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act
as the primary point of contact for allocated accounts, ensuring
satisfaction and retention.
CRM & Reporting
- Proactively
log all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system,
maintaining up-to-date and accurate data.
- Track
all sales activity, milestones, and client interactions to ensure
visibility and accountability.
- Prepare
and deliver regular reports on pipeline status, forecasts, activities, and
KPIs to management.
Technical Expertise & Demos
- Stay
proficient in all Mediacent SaaS solutions, maintaining up-to-date
knowledge of their features, functionalities, and competitive advantages.
- Prepare,
configure, and maintain demonstration environments with the latest
software versions and relevant messaging.
- Tailor
demos to client requirements and technical contexts.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Continuously
research market trends, industry developments, and competitors’ offerings
to position Mediacent effectively.
- Provide
feedback to the product and marketing teams on client needs and
competitive insights.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Foster
teamwork by keeping colleagues informed about activities and sharing
insights.
- Ensure
adherence to Mediacent’s quality standards, business processes, and
branding in all client interactions and proposals.
Requirements
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Proficient
in SaaS sales methodologies and subscription-based business models.
- Solid
understanding of CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Competent
in using presentation tools and video conferencing platforms for virtual
demos.
- Technical
aptitude to understand and explain complex software products.
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability
to draft clear, tailored proposals and cost estimates.
Academic
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information
Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant Experience
- 3–5
years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years selling SaaS
solutions or other software products.
- Proven
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Experience
delivering technical software demos and handling objections effectively.
- Exposure
to managing end-to-end sales cycles and maintaining a healthy sales
pipeline.
