Key Responsibilities:
- Advise
businesses, startups, and organizations on HR policy, organizational
development, and talent management.
- Support
recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
- Mentor
founders on creating inclusive, motivating work environments.
Qualifications:
- Degree
in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+
years’ experience in HR consulting or management.
- Familiarity
with labor laws and best practices in Kenya/Tanzania.
- Experience
with startups or early-stage organizations is a plus.
