Responsibilities
- Greet
customers, offer assistance, answer questions about products, and assist
customers in locating merchandise.
- Process
payments using cash registers /or point-of-sale systems
- Restock
shop, maintain proper display appearances, and assist with inventory
counts and placement of new items or depleted items in the shop floor
- Handle
customer complaints and concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintaining
price labels and ensuring they are correct
- Keep
the store clean, tidy, and organized
- Participating
in Marketing events in the store
- Maintaining
an in-depth knowledge about products and services offered by the store and
be able to recommend items to customers
- Ensuring
that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum
High school KCSE Certificate
- The
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong
organizational skills and details oriented
- Effective
communication skills
- Exceptional
customer service skills
