Key Responsibilities.
- Developing and
executing e-commerce strategies,setting goals, identifying target
audiences, and creating plans to achieve online sales objectives.
- Staying
informed about the latest trends and competitor strategies to identify
opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinating
product launches, promotions, and other marketing activities to drive
sales and engagement.
- Ensuring the
website is functioning correctly, user-friendly, and optimized for
Optimizing the customer journey.
- Analyzing
website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for
improvement.
- Ensuring the
website is functioning correctly and addressing any usability or
conversion issues.
- Managing SEO,
PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and
increase sales.
- Identifying
trends and opportunities for revenue growth,Implementing strategies to
drive sales and increase average order value.
- Customer
service and support:Support channels and ensuring prompt and effective
responses to inquiries.
- Working with
merchandising, marketing, IT, and other teams to achieve business goals.
- Negotiating
contracts, managing partnerships, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Working with
merchandising teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent
stockouts or overstock situations.
- Overseeing the
fulfillment process, including shipping and returns, to ensure timely and
accurate delivery.
- Payment gateway
management: Ensuring secure and reliable payment processing
Qualifications.
- A bachelor’s
degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or a
related field.
- Minimum of 2-3
years of experience in E-Commerce .
- Proficiency in
using e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with
various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media
marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Familiarity
with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or
similar platform
- Experience in
managing digital product inventory or working with product development
teams is beneficial.
- Sales
Management: Experience in sales and business development is an advantage.
