its member’s milk which is processed and packed in form of pouch packed
fresh milk, Tetra Classic fresh milk, lala, butter, ghee and cream under
the flagship of “Fresha Dairy Products”.

following vacant position.
Job Purpose
Monitoring production activities in order to achieve and
maintain the required quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Grading
and performing platform tests for raw milk at the milk reception.
- Raising
reject note for low quality milk.
- Follow
up the quality of raw and pasteurized milk in the storage tanks
- Monitoring
the refrigeration/ chilling system within the Plant Premises
- Inspection
of cleaning and sanitation status of equipment, milk storage tanks and
packaging machines before use.
- Monitoring
pasteurization, standardization of fresh market milk.
- Monitoring
the effectiveness of CIP for all systems
- Test
the quality of all products and confirm that product codes/batches are
clearly printed before dispatch
- Conduct
pilot trails on research and product development
- Prepare
hygiene audits on daily basis
Qualifications
- Diploma
in food science, Dairy Technology or Applied Sciences
- At
least 2 years of relevant experience in a dairy industry
- Ability
to work in a shift arrangement
- Must
have at least a KCSE Aggregate of C- (Minus)minimum
- Requires
minimum supervision
- Able
to work under pressure
