We are seeking a talented and dedicated Account Manager to join our
organisation. This is a fulltime IN-HOUSE role who will be responsible for
overseeing client projects from concept through execution, ensuring that client
needs are met, deadlines are adhered to, and products are delivered to the
highest standards. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of
contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and
ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- You
will formulate sales budget and develop strategies for the achievement of
planned sales.
- You
are responsible for sourcing for new clients through activations,
meetings, referrals, site visits, cold calling and all forms of sales
prospecting.
- You
shall conduct client service -presenting sales pitches to clients,
following up on
- closure
of sales to endure business revenue generation and updating clients on
work progress.
- You
will be taking part in strategy meetings with the workshop team to plan
execution of works and supervision of the same to ensure targets and
timelines are met.
- You
shall follow up on client invoicing and payments and present monthly sales
reviews to the Management.
- You
will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Outdoor projects
from start to finish.
- You
are expected to meet allocated sales targets by proactively engaging in
sales activities, with all performance measured against sales targets.
- Manage
the sales process, all the way from identification of a client, towards
closing and signing of sales contracts.
- Presenting
monthly sales reviews to the Management.
- Work
closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless
project execution.
- Communicating
effectively with customers and maintaining up to date information
regarding new initiatives, prices, and deals of the month.
- Ensure
all signage and POP products meet quality standards and client
specifications before delivery.

will identify innovative ways of increasing revenue generations

Required
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Sales, Marketing Design or a business-related field from a
recognized institution.
- 3-5 years
demonstrable sales experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing
role within the marketing, advertising, or printing industries.
- Proven
track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability
to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency
in software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and project management
tools
- Strong
problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales challenges
