About the Role:
The
Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and
efficient operations across all branches under their remit. This includes
overseeing branch-level HR, quality assurance, staff training, troubleshooting,
maintenance, customer service, and revenue growth. You will work closely with
the Kitchen Trainer to maintain kitchen operations and quality control while
directly managing Branch Managers.
Key
Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily
operations of all branches, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure
compliance with company standards in all areas (service, food quality,
hygiene, and visual merchandising).
- Identify
operational gaps and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain
seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Troubleshoot
operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct and
oversee weekly Branch Manager meetings, setting clear work plans.
- Ensure
maintenance and visual merchandising standards are upheld (e.g., Grab
& Go stands).
- Develop and
implement profit-generating initiatives to boost revenue.
Staff
Training & Development
- Ensure all
staff have strong menu and product knowledge.
- Provide
training on customer service, stock management, and operational best
practices.
- Upskill Branch
Managers and create succession plans for key roles.
Human
Resources
- Recruit and
onboard staff for all positions as needed.
- Coordinate
shared staffing between branches to cover temporary gaps.
- Directly
supervise and support Branch Managers.
- Approve monthly
payroll for all branch staff.
- Develop
staffing plans for new branch openings.
Qualifications
- Proven
experience in multi-unit restaurant operations management.
- Must have a
degree and above
- Must have
previous Restaurant Operations & Management experience
- Strong
leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate teams.
- Excellent
problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of HR
processes, including recruitment and payroll.
- Ability to
analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.

mindset with a passion for delivering high standards.
- Flexibility to
travel between branches as required.
