Customer Support & Field Assistant Job in Kenya

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to assist with customer support, site visits, supervision of installations, deliveries, schedule planning, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, courteous, and willing to learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
  • Record customer requirements and follow up as needed.

Site Visits & Measurement:

  • Visit client sites to take accurate window and space measurements.
  • Communicate measurement details clearly to the production team.

Schedule Planning:

  • Maintain a daily/weekly schedule of site visits, installations, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with clients, installers, and the store manager to ensure timely service.
  • Adjust and update the schedule as new bookings come in.

Supervision of Installations:

  • Accompany and supervise curtain/blind installers at client sites.
  • Ensure proper installation, client satisfaction, and clean-up.

Deliveries & Errands:

  • Deliver products to clients or suppliers as needed.
  • Assist with sourcing and collecting materials for ongoing jobs.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain records of customer bookings, payments, and job statuses.
  • Support filing, stock tracking, and basic data entry tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • KCSE certificate minimum.
  • Previous experience in customer service, field coordination, or admin is an advantage.
  • Must be polite, professional, and presentable.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Notes).
  • Attention to detail, especially for measurements and scheduling.
  • Ability to ride a motorbike (with a valid license) is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Conditions:

  • Monday to Saturday (hours based on client appointments and store operations).
  • Role involves field visits, occasional lifting, and client interaction.
