Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting,
processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic decision-making and
improve business outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills, a
passion for data, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable
insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect,
clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Develop
and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like
Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Interpret
data trends and patterns to identify insights and support business
strategies.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver
solutions.
- Ensure
data integrity and perform quality checks on incoming and existing data.
- Assist
in developing predictive models and forecasting techniques.
- Prepare
clear and concise reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Economics, or a related field.
- Proven
experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency
in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI,
Tableau).
- Knowledge
of statistical programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.
- Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent
communication skills and ability to explain complex data in simple terms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience
with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Familiarity
with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability
to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
