As a Product Manager in Windows Fundamentals your day
to day tasks will include delivering functional specs, aligning with partners
and stakeholders, establishing and monitoring success metrics, reporting
progress to multiple levels of organization leadership. You will work with the
local PM and engineering teams and partner with the worldwide Windows
organization to deliver on shared accountabilities. Your work will support 1.5B
Windows users around the world.

that scope the team’s work and drive toward all-up Windows Fundamentals goals.
Define strategic initiatives that help us deliver on
our goals of high-quality Windows experiences.
Lead your PM team on day to day tasks including
delivering functional specs, aligning with partners and stakeholders,
establishing and monitoring success metrics, reporting progress to multiple
levels of organization leadership.
Partner with local engineering teams and the
worldwide Windows organization to deliver on shared accountabilities.
Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
experience
2+ years of experience in product/technical program
management
Demonstrated ability to work in a team to deliver on
shared goals
Preferred Qualification
4+ years of experience in product/technical program
management
Experience writing functional specifications for
technical projects
Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced
environment
Customer focused and detail-oriented
Effective written and verbal communication skills
with the ability to adjust messages to different audiences
Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented
