Job Description:
This role combines operations and floor management to
oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient operation of the
manufacturing process. The candidate should have extensive experience in
textile manufacturing, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record
in managing large teams and complex operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to
maximize efficiency and productivity.
Supervise daily floor activities, ensuring adherence
to production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify
trends, anticipate problems, and initiate corrective actions.
Collaborate with other department heads to streamline
processes and enhance overall production efficiency.
Train, motivate, and lead a diverse workforce, maintaining high employee morale and low turnover.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and
workplace standards.
Manage resource allocation and production planning to
meet business goals and deadlines
Experience Level:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years in operations and floor
management within the textile industry.
Preferred Ethnicity: Indian or Kenyan/Indian.
