Office Assistant (Reposting) Job in Kenya

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning all office areas.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of tables, chairs, and desks, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning.
  • Responsible for removing trash in office areas.
  • Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms daily.
  • Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference room, management offices, etc.

Qualifications


  • Must have a Certificate/Diploma in administration related courses.
  • Certificate in computer application with work experience.
  • Good Oral/Written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
