Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to
promote hospital services
- Create and manage marketing campaigns acrossvarious digitall,
print, and social mediachannelsa.
- Collaborate with medical staff to highlight key services and
success stories.
- Analyse market trends and patient feedback to optimize
marketing efforts.
- Organize and participate in community outreach programs and
events.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing
initiatives.
- Ensure the efficient use of resources provided for medical
camps.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their
needs effectively.
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish
rapport and set up meetings.
- Contact clients about new developments in the company’s
services.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Keep records of marketing and outreach activities and organize
them in a retrievable manner.
- Carry out marketing tasks as may be assigned from time to
time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a
related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting is a significant
advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and
tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Great work attitude and aggressive with passion and drive for
success.
