Events Coordinator & Assistant to CEO Job in Kenya

Hey! Our client located in Karen, Nairobi, is on the lookout for an Event and Operations Coordinator to join our event management team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Event design, planning, and management.
  • Event proposal writing.
  • Proper planning of logistics.
  • Oversee and ensure asset care.
  • Provide excellent client service.
  • Participate in events debriefs.
  • Managing suppliers and vendors.
  • Able to lead and manage a team.
  • Provide executive support to the CEO.
  • Arrange, prepare meetings, appointments, travel, and other related events.
  • Support and develop key internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Your Qualifications


  • Have a diploma/degree with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Past experience in Events Planning is a MUST.
  • Highly organized and a team player.
  • Great interpersonal skills and able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent in problem-solving and IT savvy.
