Job Summary:
- The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for driving
sales and sector development initiatives across various touchpoints. The
objective is to promote our training and professional services, enhance
client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting
the Environment, Natural Resources, and Tourism sectors.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Set clear sales objectives and performance metrics aligned
with organizational goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key
stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, private companies, and
industry associations.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their
needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
through effective communication and service delivery.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships,
and collaborations.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences,
and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and present
sales pitches, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Sales Execution:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry
trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new
business.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and organizational revenue
goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports, daily, weekly, and monthly
updates for management review.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, client
interactions, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related
field.
Sales Certification.
- More than 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably
within the environment, natural resources, or tourism sectors.
- Strong understanding of sustainability practices and
industry trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,
relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales
strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and
sales performance tracking.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse
stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work
independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of sustainability practices and
industry trends.
