Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and
customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service
Executive. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring
exceptional patient experiences through effective communication, problem
resolution, and proactive service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive Clients: Greet
and receive patients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended
to promptly.
- Direct Clients: Provide
clear directions to patients and visitors to various hospital departments
and facilities.
- Floor Management: Act
as a floor manager to assist clients in navigating the hospital premises,
ensuring they reach their destinations smoothly.
- Handle Inquiries: Answer
patient and visitor inquiries on the hospital floor, providing accurate
information and assistance.
- Appointment Management: Manage
patient appointments, admissions, and discharge processes efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work
closely with medical and administrative teams to address patient needs and
ensure seamless service delivery.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle
complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism, striving for
satisfactory resolutions.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain
accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
- Policy Adherence: Uphold
hospital policies regarding patient confidentiality and service standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute
to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or
patient relations in a hospital is MANDATORY.
- Excellent communication skills, both
verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a
customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle
challenging situations with composure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare
management software is desirable.
