Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Financial Reports Review: Conduct thorough
reviews of financial reports to ensure accuracy of receipts, compliance to
the financial policy and timely submission of financial reports.
- System Tracker Maintenance: Keep the system
tracker up-to-date and ensure all project information is current for
smooth and accurate payment system.
- Communication with Consultants : Facilitate
clear and professional communication with consultants to support project
implementation and successful operations.
- Mandatory training Compliance: Support
consultants with compliance trainings
- People management: Supporting the management of
the consultant from end-to end.
Minimum required experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree Business administration or
finance or Diploma Business administration or finance
Requirement Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication skill
- Can easily read and understand a financial
document
- Ability to perform basic excel functions such as
formatting, sorting, filtering, and data entry
- English – Fluent
- French Nice to have
- Highly organized and attentive to details
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
environment
