Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in HR Risk Control
& Governance assignments.
- Provide assurance that HR operations and
processes conform to current KCB HR group policies and procedures.
- Identify HR control and process weakness,
document main control points and provide support for report
recommendations.
- Provide assurance that HR Group
objectives and goals will be achieved efficiently and effectively.
- Designs or participates in the design HR
tools, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Provides secretarial support for business
and or staff committees, schemes, initiatives, or forums relating to own
HR Area.
- Present to the area management the
results, recommendations and conclusions of the HR Control reviews.
- Analyze HR operational and management
processes and system controls effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain high standards of
health and safety in the workplace and ensuring compliance to OSHA Act
& guidelines across the Group
Academic & Professional
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized
university
- Professional qualifications in
either of the below:
- CHRP/HR Diploma
- CIA/CHRRA/GARP/CRISC/ISO31000 .
- Master’s degree in HR Management or a
Business related field will be an added advantage.
Experience
- At least 5 years’ management experience
in any of the following areas –
- Audit
- Risk and/or Compliance Management
- Stakeholder Management
- HR Generalist
- Health and Safety
