Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility
equipment and property structures.
- Ensure the plumbing system performs at optimum functionality.
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify
appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol.
- Managing the inventory. ‘
- Preparation of bill of materials for works.
Requirements
- Bea Kenya citizen.
- Be in possession of a minimum grade of KCSE C- or its
equivalent
- Diploma in building /Civil engineering and or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suites
