Our
CLIENT (Hospitality College) is seeking experienced and dedicated Trainers in
the following areas:
Hospitality Management,
Events Management,
Culinary Operations,
Culinary Arts,
Housekeeping & Laundry,
Food & Beverage,
Catering & Accommodation,
Baking Technology.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional
Delivery:
- Prepare and deliver instructional activities, lessons, and demonstrations.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and accommodate
different learning styles.
Curriculum
Development:
- Participate in the development and review of curriculum and course materials.
- Ensure course content aligns with the latest industry trends and practices.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop and implement assessment methods to evaluate student learning and
skill development.
- Provide constructive feedback to students.
Student
Support:
- Provide academic and career advice to students.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Professional
Development:
- Continually update knowledge and skills in the subject area and in teaching
methods.
Collaboration
and Communication:
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff to support student learning and
success.
- Participate in departmental and college meetings and committees.
Industry
Engagement:
- Maintain connections with industry professionals and employers.
- Facilitate opportunities for students to gain practical experience and to
network with industry professionals.
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or
related field.
At least 3 years of industry experience in the
respective area.
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a TVET
institution is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Current knowledge of industry practices and trends.
