Our CLIENT in the Hospitality
industry is seeking to employ experienced and dedicated Trainers in the
following areas:
Hospitality Management,
Events Management,
Culinary Operations,
Culinary Arts,
Housekeeping & Laundry,
Food & Beverage,
Catering & Accommodation,
Baking Technology.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Equipment Maintenance and Management:
- Maintain, clean, and repair equipment used in the
respective programs.
- Ensure all
equipment meets safety standards and is ready for use.
Classroom and Laboratory Support:
- Set up classrooms or labs for instructional
activities.
- Assist trainers
during classes and practical sessions.
Inventory Management:
- Manage the inventory of equipment, tools, and
supplies.
- Keep accurate
records of inventory.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety
regulations.
- Conduct regular
safety checks and risk assessments.
Training and Support:
- Train students and staff on the correct use of
equipment and tools.
- Provide
technical support to students and staff as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with trainers,
administrators, and other technical staff.
- Participate in
meetings and professional development activities as required
KEY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Culinary
Arts, or related field.
At least 2 years of technical experience in the
respective area.
Experience in equipment maintenance and inventory
management.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
