Purpose of the role:
- The
role of a hygiene assistant is to uphold high cleaning standards in a
property by conducting daily cleaning and maintenance to ensure residents
enjoy a comfortable stay.
- The
Hygiene team assistants ensure they execute daily cleaning and regular
maintenance to ensure a clean and pest free property by following the SOPs
provided. They also ensure all working equipment are clean &
functional, give feedback on resources provided to guide continuous
improvement.

- Clean
and maintain a property to the highest cleaning standards.
- Identify
and report maintenance issues & pest attacks that might lead to
customer dissatisfaction.

to work in time and as per work schedule.
- Adhere
to SOPs and policies provided and observe health and safety standards in
all cleaning activities.

use of working equipment by ensuring adequate use, clean them after use
and report any repairs needed.

any spring cleaning/deep cleaning activities scheduled by the immediate
supervisor.
Cost

any inefficient cleaning materials or detergents that would lead to
wastage.
Qualifications
- Diploma/certificate
in any hospitality related course an added advantage
- 1-2
years’ experience in housekeeping operations
