Chief Administrative Officer Job in Kenya - Kisumu CPSB

Responsible for coordinating administrative services, implementing administrative policies, supervising staff, managing office facilities and resources, coordinating transport and support services, maintaining records, and ensuring effective service delivery across the department. Requires a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Community Development, or a related field. The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work

Qualifications

  • Be a Kenyan Citizen;
  • Served for a minimum period of five (5) years relevant administrative experience two (2) years of which in supervisory position;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields: – Public Administration, business Administration/Management, Social Sciences or its equivalent from a recognised university and
  • Masters degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of Public Administration and County Government operations; Ability to develop and implement administrative policies, systems and procedures;
  • Knowledge of performance management, budgeting and resource management;
  • Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results and
  • Satisfy the requirements of Chapter (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
