Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch business goals and revenue targets. Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Monitor branch sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Manage branch budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively. Review branch performance reports and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Support business development initiatives to increase market share and profitability.
  • Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Monitor risk management practices and ensure adherence to internal controls.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities within the branch.
