Job Purpose
Our
client is recruiting for a Human
Resource & Office Administration Officer to support the company in all HR and
administrative functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll
support, performance management, compliance with Kenyan labour laws, office
administration, and general staff welfare. The candidate will ensure smooth
day-to-day office operations and effective human resource management.

Recruitment
& Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment processes including advertising vacancies,
shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference
checks.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate orientation and induction for new employees.
Employee
Records & HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure proper filing of personnel documents and statutory records.
- Prepare HR reports including headcount, leave status, absenteeism,
and turnover reports.
Payroll & Statutory
Compliance
1. Support
payroll preparation by collecting attendance, overtime, and leave data.
