estate development execution, commercial performance, product development,
sales, estate standards, and financial performance while leading
multidisciplinary teams in one of Kenya’s most exciting destinations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s
an advantage)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate
development
- Proven track record delivering real estate
projects end-to-end
- Strong P&L management & financial acumen
- Experience engaging with banks, investors &
funding partners
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
