The Sacco wishes to recruit qualified, result oriented and proactive individual to fill the position of Assistant Administrative Officer on a renewable contract basis.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience
- Applicants must be holders of KCSE mean grade C+ and above.
- Must be holders of Bachelors’ degree in either Public
Administration, Public Relations, Secretarial Studies or HRM from a
recognized University and a Higher National Diploma in related studies.
- Must be a registered and active Member of any related professional
Bodies in Kenya.
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office suite
(Word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook).
- Must have strong report writing and minute taking skills.
- Must have strong records and document management skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills and good interpersonal
relations.
- Must have at least 3 years work experience in a similar capacity in
a busy financial institution.
- Must be between 25-35 years of age.
