Main tasks and responsibilities
Lead Management & Digital Selling
- Qualify, nurture, and convert inbound digital
leads into sales using modern tools (Salesforce, Chatbots, Marketplace).
- Leverage industry events, exhibitions and market
research activities to generate/ strengthen leads pipeline.
- Manage leads through the full sales pipeline
with strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.
Account Management & Revenue Growth
- Own sales and profitability for assigned
industry accounts across MEIA (Middle East, India and Africa) region.
- Promote Novonesis biosolutions (enzymes,
microbes and related offerings) by translating technical benefits into
clear value propositions (feed efficiency, animal performance, silage
quality, ROI etc).
- Providing inputs for demand planning, inventory
management and financial planning.
Customer Engagement & Segmentation
- Deploy and refine customer segmentation models
to improve targeting & engagement quality.
- Capture customer feedback and translate insights
into commercial actions and improved engagement models.
Collaboration & Cross Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing, Technical Service,
Regional Inside Sales, Strategy Deployment, and Commercial transformation
teams to co create and execute Inside Sales plays and digital campaigns.
- Support trial setup, interpretation, and
conversion into repeatable commercial wins.
Digital capability strengthening
- Adopting digital tools and services (Salesforce,
Chatbots, Marketplace etc.) for remote sales and service differentiation
- Leveraging AI for efficiency enhancement and
generating actionable insights
Experience
& education
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/
Biotechnology, preferably Animal Nutrition, Veterinary or related degrees.
MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of successful sales or business
development experience in animal health/ nutrition, with science
background, preferably biosolutions
- Basic understanding of biosolutions and animal
nutrition
