Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,
Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications – Certified Public
Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or its equivalent.
- Atleast 5 years experience in Internal Audit in
the Banking Industry.
- Familiarity with banking regulations, anti-money
laundering (AML), and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with the Bank operations and systems,
and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills in analysing
processes, identifying risks, and suggesting improvements.
- High ethical standards and adherence to
compliance policies.
