The successful candidate will work to provide
high-quality counseling, manage the end-to-end application process, and drive
enrollment growth.
Key
Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Conversion
- Provide expert, end-to-end guidance to students
on international study-abroad programs and destinations.
- Proactively follow up with inquiries and manage
lead conversions into successful enrollments.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to align
student goals with the right academic programs.
Application & Visa Management
- Guide students through the entire university
application and admission journey.
- Assist students with the preparation of complex
Visa and application documentation to ensure high success rates.
- Maintain impeccable accuracy in student records
and CRM data management.
Marketing & Outreach
- Actively represent Uni-Study at
recruitment events, school visits, and information sessions.
- Deliver presentations to schools, institutions,
and public forums to build brand awareness.
Candidate
Profile
We are seeking a relationship-oriented professional
with a passion for international education and a “can-do” attitude.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in International
Student Recruitment or Education Counselling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Social
Sciences, or a related field.
- Masterful proficiency in Microsoft Office and
sophisticated CRM systems.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a
dynamic, target-driven environment.
Personal Attributes:
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and
presentation skills.
- Strong background in Customer Service and
relationship management.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and
documentation accuracy.
- Deep knowledge of global university systems and
visa requirements.
