Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify shipment documents (manifests, delivery orders,
customs entries)
- Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements (KRA,
KEBS)
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and teams
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and prevent delays
- Coordinate with customs, warehouse, and transport teams
- Ensure accurate cargo handling and documentation alignment
- Maintain system updates within required timelines
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related
field
- Valid EAC Freight Forwarding Practising Certificate
- 2-3 years’ experience in port operations or logistics
- Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High integrity and professionalism
