Port Clerk Job in Kenya - LPC Global Logistics

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify shipment documents (manifests, delivery orders, customs entries)
  • Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements (KRA, KEBS)
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and teams
  • Resolve documentation discrepancies and prevent delays
  • Coordinate with customs, warehouse, and transport teams

  • Ensure accurate cargo handling and documentation alignment
  • Maintain system updates within required timelines

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Valid EAC Freight Forwarding Practising Certificate
  • 2-3 years’ experience in port operations or logistics
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High integrity and professionalism
