Our client is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and digitally competent, with the ability to support both administrative and online functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure seamless workflow
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain structured filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
  • Provide administrative support and reporting to management
  • Support management of digital platforms (email, basic social media, online tools)

  • Maintain and update company records and databases
  • Coordinate office maintenance and ensure an organized workspace
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong digital and computer proficiency (MS Office, email management, online tools)
  • Basic knowledge of social media or digital marketing is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
