Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing, collections & payment allocation
- Perform debtor reconciliations & aging analysis
- Follow up on outstanding payments & resolve discrepancies
- Prepare monthly & management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards & tax laws
Qualifications
- Registered CPA(K) – Mandatory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy finance department
- Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting & taxation
- Healthcare experience and knowledge of insurance schemes management
is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in ICT tools
- Knowledge of sage and any other accounting packages is a requirement
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
