Client Overview
Our
client is a dynamic player in the electrical and renewable energy sector,
providing innovative power and solar solutions. They are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Graduate Trainee to join their team through a
structured internship program designed to develop future sales leaders.
Job Purpose
To
develop practical sales skills, build strong client relationships, and support
the growth of the company’s electrical and solar solutions by identifying
customer needs and delivering effective, value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable electrical and solar
solutions.
- Support the sales process by engaging potential clients and
presenting product value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal
technical teams.
- Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve set targets and
objectives.
- Participate in market research to identify new business
opportunities and customer trends.
- Collaborate with the technical team to deliver customized solutions
that meet client expectations.
- Contribute to team success by sharing insights and supporting
overall sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales &
Marketing, or any related business field.
- Must be a recent graduate (2022–2026).
- Demonstrated interest in sales, electrical systems, or renewable
energy.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- High level of initiative and commitment to continuous learning.
Terms of Engagement
- Program duration: 3 months (with possible extension).
- Compensation: Retainer plus sales commission.
- Successful candidates may be offered full-time employment as
Technical Sales Representatives upon completion.
